Luxurious bed and breakfast accommodation in the converted barn adjacent to the main house provides guests with privacy and their own access to come and go as they please.Guests to the BandB are welcome to use the Heated swimming pool during the summer months (by prior arrangement).Breakfast is cooked on the AGA using locally sourced and Organic produce where ever possible.There are two lovely pubs in Woodchurch village whilst Tenterden is just 3 miles away and Rye only 10 miles.All three rooms are en-suite and are well sized having solid oak flooring ledge and brace doors and beautiful French oak furniture. To make your stay enjoyable you have Flat Screen TV with built in freeview channels Free Wi-Fi internet access hairdryer clockradio alarm and CD player and a hospitality tray with a selection of teas coffees biscuits and bottled mineral water. Heating controls are totally independent allowing guests full control of their own environment.En-suites have high pressure shower heated towel rail luxury towels and complimentary slippers and toiletries.A comfortable nights sleep is aided by the crisp white linen on the king-size beds. The beds are provided by Hypnos and are the exact same ones they supply to many top hotels including the 5 star Skibo Castle in Scotland (where Madonna and Guy Ritchie were married).For the comfort of all our guests we operate a no-smoking policy throughout the premises. For your added safety smoke detectors are installed in every room and linked together.Please note that we are unable to accept any children under the age of 12.

Directions to Brook Farm Bed and Breakfast

Located just outside Woodchurch 3 miles from Tenterden on the Tenterden Woodchurch road B2067. Set back from the road with the driveway and entrance on the right hand side of the farmhouse leading to the barn and ample parking area. From the M20 take Junction 9 Ashford.From Ashford follow A28 south towards Tenterden.After about 4 miles turn left signposted to Woodchurch (there's a brown tourism sign for the Windmill).Follow this road straight for 3 miles and you arrive at Woodchurch village.Continue straight down through the village and you arrive at a T-junction (Stone Bridge pub).Turn right towards Tenterden and you are now on our road Brook street B2067.You'll immediately go round a sharp left bend followed by a sharp right bend. Brook Farm is the second house on the right 400metres up the road. Turn right into the driveway just before the main house.From Tenterden High Street facing North East towards Ashford and the A28.Go to the end of the High Street and take the road on the right (Oaks Road) just after the traffic lights signposted Woodchurch and Appledore.Go to the end of this road (500metres) and turn left at the T-junction signposted Woodchurch.After 100metres turn right at the cross roads onto the Woodchurch Road B2067 signposted Woodchurch and the Tenterden Golf Club.Continue on this road going past the Tenterden Golf Club. Continue for 3 miles.You will then pass a single Oast House on the left called Ditton Farm Oast. Then a small road on the right called Moor Lane and a white bungalow on the left.Slow down as we are the next house on the left set back from the road and easily missed!Turn left into the driveway just after the main house.
