Compton Farmhouse is a contemporary Bed and Breakfast which is situated in the picturesque village of Broad Hinton Wiltshire with two pubs a village shop a beautiful church and its well known white horse carved into the hillside.The rolling Wiltshire countryside around Broad Hinton is a designated area of outstanding natural beauty yet only a short drive from the Marlborough (junction 15) or Swindon (junction 16) exits of the M4. Avebury's world heritage stone circle and the well known market towns of Marlborough Devizes and Wootton Bassett are within easy reach. A little further afield are the historic sites of Bath Salisbury and Stonehenge. Compton Farmhouse is part of a former working farm with the original chalk stone farmhouse dating back to at least the 1770s. The spacious accommodation with an eclectic mix of antique and contemporary furnishings has two floors and a private entrance. It comprises an open plan sitting room with a shower room on the ground floor linked to the large first floor bedroom by a feature spiral staircase. On the first floor there is an en-suite bathroom with a spa bath.
