Cancellation received more than 21 days prior to reservation - full refund. Cancellations less than 21 days but more than 7 days prior to reservation - full refund less deposit. No refund for cancellation less than 7 days prior to reservation. Benbows reserve the right to take full payment for cancelled reservations. Deposit of one nights stay or 20% of total tariff (whichever is the greater) will be taken on booking. Reservation will be confirmed once a deposit has been taken.
