Cancellation Terms

A depsosit of 50% of room rate is payable either by cheque or into our account before stay if cancelled outside of 7 days of stay a full refund of deposit will be given minus an adminstration fee (£10). Any cancellation or no show within 7 days will be charged for the whole of the booking made. For cash bookings if cancelled outside of 7 days then there will be an administration charge of £10 if cancelled within 7 days then the whole stay booked will be charged in full.
