Cancellations outside 7 days the deposit is non refundable however we will allow the use of the deposit against a future stay if it is agreed prior by the management. Cancellations of 7 days or less from the due date of arrival (28 days at Xmas New Year) the card provided will be charged with the balance of the cost of the stay.
