They were awarded the Best Guest Accommodation in Wales by the AA in 2009 and have since been presented with a Gold Award from Visit Wales. Patrick and Sara offer accommodation of the highest standard in all of their rooms. There are 4 King size rooms on the ground floor all with Super Kingsize or twin beds and private en-suite facilities. Upstairs are 2 magnificent suites comprising of a comfortable lounge with large armchairs and sofas leading onto a Kingsize bedroom with quality oak furniture. The large bathroom has both a bath and a separate shower with a double vanity unit. All of the rooms have flatscreen televisions with DVD players and Freeview. Tea and coffee facilities with fresh milk in the silent running fridge are also provided along with fluffy towels and bathrobes and all the little touches you need to make your stay all the more comfortable.For those with laptops Wifi wireless internet is provided at no extra cost. Start your day with a superb breakfast. Fresh fruit salad yoghurts cereals and fresh home baked bread feature here along with a cooked breakfast to savour. Patrick and Sara are dedicated to using fresh local produce and only the best will do. After a busy day you don't have to feel trapped in your room. Now fully licensed why not enjoy a relaxing glass of something cool and refreshing in the lounge or the large conservatory. Newly added for 2010 is an evening snack menu in the week and a full 3 course evening meal at weekends. The same principles apply to evening meals as to breakfasts. Directions to Tan Yr Onnen Guesthouse

Travelling in a Westerly direction leave the A55 at junction 28. Continue on this road for 300 yards and the gateway is on the left. Proceed up the driveway to the carpark at the rear of the premises.Travelling in an Easterly direction leave the A55 at junction 28. At the mini roundabout take the 3rd exit signed for Rhuallt. After 200 yards take the first right and cross over the A55. Follow this road to the end 300yards. Turn left at the T junction and after 50 yards turn left into the driveway. Proceed up the driveway and park at the rear.
