Situated on Hatfield Road our friendly detached Edwardian home which retains some of its original features provides all the modern facilities you need for an enjoyable stay. We are just a few minutes' walk from the town centre and are ideally located for anyone who is visiting Ipswich either for business or pleasure. Directions to Abbey Guest House

From Ipswich town centre follow the one way system and signs for Felixstowe. After the new University building take the A1156 (street name Fore HamletBishops Hill) and at top of hill approximately 600mtrs from University turn right onto Nacton Road. Hatfield Road is the fourth turn on the left and Abbey Guest House is second building on right after turn.From London and south west at A12A14 junction (Copdock roundabout) turn right on A14 towards Felixstowe. From Midlands and the north continue on A14. Cross over Orwell bridge and leave at next exit junction 57. At bottom of slip road turn left and continue on to next roundabout. Take second exit and carry straight ahead through traffic lights and past The Golden Hind public house on left. At next mini roundabout take the second exit and Hatfield road is the fifth road on your right. Abbey Guest House is second building on right after turn.
