Cancellation Terms

A CREDIT CARD is required to secure your reservation. All cancellations and amendments should be made before 10am two days prior to your arrival date. An administration fee of 10.00 GB is applied for all cancellations. In case of NO SHOW or LATE CANCELLATION (reservations cancelled after 10am two days prior arrival date) first night will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to preauthorize the credit card provided. All payments are collected on arrival. There is 4% surcharge on all cards.
