The Alumhurst Hotel is centrally situated in the heart of Blackpool and has been owned and personally managed by the Francioni family for 40 successful years 1971-2011. To celebrate this achievement we have undergone a large renovation programme this past winter and now offer some Retro 70's rooms and some brand new Premier rooms for your enjoyment. We also added a ground floor lounge and business centre with free wi-fi.We are two minutes walk away from the Winter Gardens Ballrooms and Theatres Complex making us an ideal choice for guests attending political business and sporting conferences British and International Dance Festivals Brass Band Concerts International Darts Line Dancing and the many other annual events that take place here.We are proud of our reputation for providing our guests with a safe secure environment in the midst of Blackpool's hectic town centre.Our proximity to the world-famous Blackpool Tower also puts us close to the beaches and the Promenade the Piers the new Hounds Hill Shopping Centre numerous bars and nightclubs including the FunnyGirls' and many of the still popular Working Men's Clubs with their cheaper drinks singers comedians and bingo.We are a five minute walk from the re-developed Odeon multi-screen cinema and Bannatynes Gym and fifteen minutes walk from the beauty of Stanley Park with it's magnificent golf course boating lake bowling greens fitness centre and numerous other attractions.
