Accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of deposit. The fee of one nights stay per room will be taken as a non-refundable deposit the balance will be due on arrival. No shows will be charged the full amount outstanding. If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival 50% of the balance will be taken from the card.
